Welcome to my Blog, a place of ALL things I love. A place for me to be inspired, or perhaps a place for someone else to be inspired along the way. Enjoy!

Baby Quilt Panel
Need a baby quilt ASAP? I suggest using a pre-printed fabric panel. They are quick, cute, fun to make and easy to quilt yourself ( I simply followed the lines/sqaures around each of the animals and each of the letters. I purchased the panel at the Quilted Cow Emporium in Jacksonville, IL. I made this one for my nephew.
IT’S SEWING TIME
Quilter’s Pincushion and Thread Catcher. Is from The Pattern Basket www.thepatternbasket.com. I purchased my pattern from A to Z Quilting in Quincy,IL. I did modify the size of it and made it smaller than the pattern while I was in the process of making it to suit my work area, which by the way, it is still very large (my pin cushion ended up 7” x 4 1/2” and my bag is 8’w x 6 1/2”h). I obviously called this one sewing time because of the fabric that I used. I’m certainly hoping that this will eliminate all the threads from falling all over my floor or hopelessly ending up on my clothes : )
OOO RAH WALLET
The OOO RAH WALLET is so cute and fun to make. I purchased this cute lil wallet pattern at www.etsy.com. You can search OOO RAH WALLET and find it there. It is designed by MADE BY MOM, a Proud Mother of a Marine. It measures approximately 8”w x 6”h open and 6”w x 4” closed. The pattern called for 3 coordinating fat quarters; however, I used 4. It has a zipper on the back, and the pattern also includes an additional card insert that can be made if you need more card space (which I did not make). It does take some time to cut it out but is well worth the effort.
